Every consultation you've ever booked stays in the app, so you can look back at what a vet said months later. Here's how to find the one you need and how to tidy up the list.
Where your consultations live
- Consults tab → Telehealth — all of your calls, for all of your pets.
- A pet's profile → Consults → Telehealth Calls — just that pet's calls.
- The Calendar tab — upcoming calls, shown alongside your reminders and events.
Reading a row in the list
Each row shows:
- Dr. {First Last} — the vet
- {pet name} · {date} · {time} underneath
- A status pill: Confirmed, Awaiting Vet, Pending, Cancelled, Completed or Archived
Tap a row to open the full appointment, with its Call details and Summary tabs.
Tip: if a consultation was booked by someone in your family sharing group, you'll see a third profile picture on the row — that's the person who made the booking.
Filtering the list
Tap the filter icon in the header of the Consults screen to narrow things down:
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Status | All, Awaiting Vet, Confirmed, Pending, Completed, Cancelled, Archived |
| Pet | All pets, or one specific pet |
Archiving a consultation
Swipe a row to archive it. Archived consultations disappear from the main list but aren't deleted — switch the status filter to Archived to see them again and unarchive them.
Please note: you can only archive a consultation once it's Completed, Cancelled or Expired. If you try to archive one that's still active you'll see "Can't archive yet — This consultation is still ongoing. You can archive it once it ends." (or "…still pending. You can archive it once it's completed or cancelled." for one that was never paid for).
Archiving is personal to your account — it doesn't hide anything from anyone else, and it doesn't affect the vet's records.
If the list won't load
The Telehealth list shows "Something went wrong — Couldn't load calls. Pull down to refresh." if it can't reach us. Pull down on the list to try again, and check your internet connection.
If you've never booked a call, you'll see "No calls yet — Book a call with a vet to discuss your pet's health in detail" with a Book a call with a Vet button.
