Have more than one pet to track? You can connect a tracker for each of your pets — each one is paired from its own pet's profile, and your plan decides how many are included before extra charges apply.
Step-by-step
- Open the second pet's profile in the app.
- Tap the GPS Tracker row and pair exactly as you did the first time.
That's it — the flow is identical. Each pet has its own tracker.
How many are included
| Plan | Trackers included |
|---|---|
| Tracker Plan | 1 |
| Premium | 2 |
Your allowance is what your plan includes plus any extra tracker slots you've already added.
Pairing is never blocked
Being over your allowance does not stop you from pairing. The tracker connects first and payment comes afterwards — so your pet is covered straight away.
The "no slots left" screen
If the tracker you just connected needs a slot you don't have, you land on Your plan has no tracker slots left before the final screen. It explains that your plan already has its trackers connected, and offers two choices:
| Choice | What it does |
|---|---|
| Upgrade to Premium | Replaces your current plan. |
| Add new slot | Added to your current plan. |
The summary shows what you pay Today, prorated and what the recurring amount will be from your next billing date, along with the reminder "Cancel anytime in Settings." Nothing is charged until you confirm.
Please note: the header action on this screen reads Skip, not Cancel. If you skip, your tracker stays connected and working, but the screen will come back the next time you open that tracker until the slot is paid for.
If you're on a family account
Only the account owner who pays for the subscription can upgrade the plan or buy an extra tracker slot. If a family member tries to pair a tracker that would go over the limit, they'll see Ask the account owner — "This account has reached its tracker limit. Ask the account owner to add a tracker slot before pairing this device."
[CONFIRM: whether there is a maximum number of extra tracker slots per subscription.]
