You tapped Health on your pet's profile expecting to fill in allergies and medications, and got something else. The two are genuinely different screens — here's what each one is, and how to reach the one you want.
What the Health row opens
On the Pet Profile screen, the Health tab lists Health — "Track day-to-day health records". Tapping it opens Health tracking: a running log of what you notice about your pet day to day, with a Records tab and a Categories tab. Urination logging for dogs and cats is the first category available; the others show a Coming soon note for now.
Health tracking is included with Premium. On the Free Plan or the Tracker Plan you'll see "Track your pet's health with Premium" instead, with View subscription plans and Not now.
Please note: Health tracking is not where allergies, medical alerts, medications and food live. Those four fields are the Vital information screen, and it's reached from somewhere else.
Where vital information actually lives
Vital information is reached through your pet's QR tag settings:
- Open your pet's QR Tags settings.
- Switch on the Vital information toggle.
- Because the fields are still empty, a message appears titled Add vital information: "To show your pet's vital information on this QR tag, add at least one detail — allergies, medical alerts, medications, or food — first. You can skip for now and turn this on later."
- Tap Add vital information. That opens the Vital information screen with its four fields: Allergies, Medical alerts, Medications and Food.
- Fill in at least one, then tap Save changes.
Don't forget the toggle
Opening the Add vital information message doesn't switch the toggle on — and neither does Skip for now. Once you've saved at least one detail, go back into your pet's QR tag settings and switch Vital information on so the details actually appear to anyone who scans the tag.
Tip: keep each field under 2,000 characters. Longer entries won't save, and you'll only see a general update error.
What else is on the Health tab
The Activity & stats row on the same tab is unchanged — that's where activity insights from your pet's GPS tracker live.
