Everything the app knows about your tracker lives on one screen. It's the first place to look when you want to check a firmware version, and the details support will ask you for.
How to open it
- Open your pet's profile.
- Tap GPS tracker settings.
- Tap Tracker info — the row described as "Device details & sync".
Device Details
The screen opens on Device Details:
- Tracker ID
- Registration — Active, Provisioned, Suspended, Removed, Registered or Not registered
- Model
- Hardware version
- IMEI
- ICCID
- LTE module
- Device type
Please note: Anything showing N/A simply means the tracker hasn't reported that detail to us yet. It usually fills in once the tracker has been connected for a while.
Firmware updates
Scroll past Device Details and you'll find Firmware updates — two cards, one per firmware:
- Main firmware (badged MAIN, subtitled "MCU (LTE/GPS) firmware")
- Module firmware (badged MODULE, subtitled "Bluetooth firmware")
Each card shows the version currently installed, the latest published version, a status badge and a button.
Status badges you may see: Up to Date, New Update, Ready, Checking..., Requesting, Downloading, Installing, In progress, Failed, Busy, Offline, Bluetooth required, Connecting Bluetooth..., Not supported, No published firmware, N/A.

Please note: Checking... and Not supported are the only two that can't be tapped.
If nothing is paired
The screen shows "No tracker connected" — "Pair a tracker to view device details and sync status." — with a Pair tracker button to get started.
Checking the battery
The battery level isn't on this screen. You'll find it on the map drawer, and as the Battery tile (Good / Fair / Low / Unknown) on the firmware update screen.
