A quick answer to two questions we get often: what language the app is in, and which units it uses for temperature and distance.
Language
Ask A Vet is available in English only. There's no language setting in the app, and it doesn't follow your phone's language — everything, including notifications and emails, comes through in English.

There's no setting to switch to Fahrenheit or miles.
Date and time formats
There's no date or time format setting either. Times you see in the app — such as the timestamps on your notifications — use a short, compact style: now, 16m, 5h, 2d, then a date like 3 Aug, or 3 Aug 2025 for anything from a previous year.
Calendar reminders do follow your phone in one important way: they fire in your phone's own time zone, so an 8 am reminder stays at 8 am, including across daylight-saving changes.
