Ticking events off is what turns your calendar into a record — you can look back and see exactly when the last worming tablet was given. It's one tap.
Mark an event
- Open the Calendar tab.
- Select the day.
- On the Events tab, tap the event. The Event Details sheet opens, showing your pet, the Type of event, your Event details notes, the Date & Time and any Files.
- At the bottom, tap the main action button — or Skipped if it didn't happen.
Once you've acted, the sheet shows ✓ Completed or Skipped instead of the buttons.
What the main button says
The wording follows the event type:
| Event type | Button |
|---|---|
| Give Medicine, Worm Treatment, Flea Treatment, Tick Treatment | Taken |
| Food Trial, Allergy Diary, Food Diary, Feaces Diary | Logged |
| Everything else | Done |
Marking it from the reminder
If a reminder arrives while you have the app open, a full-screen reminder appears with the same two buttons — for example "Time for Bella's medicine. Tap below to mark it as taken or skipped." You can act on it there without going to the Calendar.
Repeating events
Each occurrence has its own status. Marking today's dose Taken doesn't touch tomorrow's, and the status is never inherited from the original event.
Important: If you edit a repeating event's date, time or repeat rule, all its future occurrences are rebuilt and reset to "not yet done" — including any you'd already marked.
The dot on the Calendar tab
The Calendar tab shows a small dot whenever you still have at least one event due today that hasn't been marked done or skipped. It clears once you've acted on everything.
