Before you download, here's what your phone or tablet needs. Most devices from the last few years will be fine.
Minimum requirements
| Platform | Minimum version | Also required |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone and iPad | iOS 15.1 or later | — |
| Android | Android 7.0 (Nougat) or later | Bluetooth Low Energy support |
- iPad is supported.
- The lock-screen live walk card needs iOS 16.2 or later.
- On Android, the app lists Bluetooth Low Energy as required hardware, so devices without it won't be able to install it from Google Play.
Please note: Bluetooth is what the app uses to set up and connect to your pet's GPS tracker. Even if you don't own a tracker yet, the requirement still applies.
