The Settings screen is where you manage your account, your family, your plan and your tags. Here's a tour of what each row does, so you know where to go.
The rows you'll find
| Row | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Manage QR tags | Activate and manage your pets' QR pet tags |
| Family Sharing | Invite people, join a family, and set each member's permissions |
| Subscriptions | See and manage your plan |
| Security | Your account security options |
| Help | Send a support request with photos or videos attached |
| Privacy policy | Ask A Vet's privacy policy |
| Terms & Conditions | Ask A Vet's terms |
| About us | Your installed app version and build number |
| Delete account | Permanently delete your account |
At the bottom there's a Logout button.
Please note: Logging out also stops that phone receiving push notifications until you log back in.
What isn't in Settings
A few things people look for here live somewhere else.
| What you're looking for | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| Notification settings | There's no notification-preferences screen in the app. Use your phone's own notification settings, and the per-feature controls in each pet's GPS tracker settings. |
| Tracker alerts | Virtual fences, temperature alerts and barking alerts are set per pet, under GPS Tracker → Settings on the pet's profile. |
| Calendar reminders | These are set on each individual calendar event. |
| Language, units, and date formats | The app doesn't have these settings today. |
