Your pet's tracker records rest as well as movement, so you can see how well they slept — not just how long. Here's where to look and what each figure means.
Open the sleep detail
- Open Activity & stats (pet profile → Health tab → Activity & stats).
- Tap the Sleep card ("Time spent resting").
Night sleep vs day sleep
The detail screen splits rest into two rows with their averages:

Naps in the afternoon aren't counted as night sleep, which keeps the quality figure below meaningful.
Night sleep quality
Night sleep quality is shown as a percentage on a Low / Middle / High gauge. It compares how much of the night your pet actually slept against the night-time hours they spent awake in between.

Interruptions and phases
- Night sleep interruptions — the number of times your pet woke up during the night window, shown along a timeline strip so you can see when they woke
- Sleep phases — how many separate stretches of sleep there were across the day, also shown as a strip
Set a sleep goal
On the same screen, tap the Goal row (the caption underneath reads Tap to change). Sleep goals are set in hours and minutes, in 5-minute steps. The default is 6 hours a day.
If you see "Not enough sleep data"
This means the tracker hasn't sent the detailed hour-by-hour information for that day. Sleep is worked out from what the collar reports for each hour, and a missing hour is treated as "no data" rather than being guessed at as awake time.
To help it fill in:
- Make sure the collar is being worn, switched on and charged.
- Keep the collar in mobile coverage, or bring your phone near it with the app open so the data can come across over Bluetooth.
Tip: Look at Past 7 days rather than a single night when you're trying to spot a change in your pet's rest — one unusual night is easily explained by a thunderstorm or a late walk.
