You've added your home WiFi, your pet has been home all day, and the zone still says it hasn't been visited. Don't worry — there's a short list of causes, and the first one accounts for most cases.
Check the WiFi name first
Your tracker matches the network name exactly, including capital letters. A single wrong character — MyHome-Wifi instead of MyHome-WiFi — means the zone will simply never trigger, and nothing can warn you about it until your pet visits and nothing happens.
- Open your pet's profile → GPS tracker settings → Power saving zones.
- Tap the zone to open Power saving zone.
- Compare the WiFi name shown there against your router's network name, letter by letter.
If it's wrong, delete the zone and add it again.
Tip: the most reliable fix is to re-add the zone using the tracker's own WiFi scan, so the name is captured exactly as the collar sees it.
Check the zone reached the collar
On the same detail screen, look at the badge next to the zone name. Syncing… means it's still on its way; a failed sync shows a Retry sync button. Tap it and you'll see "Power-saving zone sync started. This may take a moment."
Check what the zone says about visits
The detail screen shows a green Pet is here now chip when the tracker is currently reporting that zone, otherwise Last seen {time} or Not visited yet. Not visited yet on a zone that's fully synced points back to the WiFi name.
Check the tracker is in range of the network
Power-saving zones follow WiFi presence, not map coordinates. If the router is at the far end of the house and your pet sleeps in the garden, the collar may simply never see the network. Test by bringing the tracker near the router for a few minutes.
After a LIVE tracking session
Starting LIVE tracking clears the tracker's power-saving-zone state, and afterwards the collar can take 2 to 60 minutes to notice it's back in the zone. This is normal — give it time before troubleshooting anything else.
