The Calendar is where everything time-based about your pets lives — worming and flea treatments, medication rounds, feeding reminders, vaccination dates and your booked vet consultations, all on one month view.
Where to find it
- Tap Calendar in the bottom tab bar, or
- Open a pet's profile → Details tab → Calendar ("Reminders and appointments").
How the screen is laid out
At the top is a month calendar. Days with something on them show a dot. Below it are two tabs:
- Events — reminders and records you create yourself
- Appointments — your booked vet consultations
Tap any day to see what's on it.
Please note: Cancelled appointments never put a dot on the calendar.
When there's nothing to show, the Events tab reads "No events yet" — "Add reminders, vaccinations, and events for this day."; the Appointments tab reads "No upcoming appointments" — "Book a call with a vet to see your visits here."
What an event can include
Every event you create can carry:
- A pet, an event type and free-text notes
- A date and time
- A Repeat rule
- A Reminder before event
- A colour
- File attachments
Attachments are also saved into that pet's Documents library — see "How files on a calendar event end up in Documents".
Marking things done
Each event has its own status. Open it and mark it Done, Taken or Logged (the wording depends on the event type), or Skipped. The Calendar tab shows a small dot whenever you still have something pending today.
Good to know
Important: The day's Events list is not filtered by pet. Even if you opened the Calendar from one pet's profile, you'll see every event on that date across all your pets and the pets shared with you.
Please note: Creating calendar events needs an active Premium plan. Booking a consultation is handled separately — see the Video Consultations section of this help center.
Family sharing
Family members see and manage events on a shared pet only if they have the calendar permission for it — it's switched on by default. Pet Name is a required field on the event form, so every event you create belongs to one of your pets.
