Height and body length show on your pet's profile, but you won't find them on the Add Pet or Edit Pet form. They're collected as part of GPS tracker setup — here's where, and how to measure them properly.

Where the measurements are entered
Height and body length live on a step called Add pet measurements, which appears during GPS tracker setup. The step reads "Help us personalise your pet's tracker with their measurements." and offers two buttons: Save and Remind me later.
If you skipped it at the time, you can reopen the same step later from your tracker's settings. (When you open it that way, only Save is shown.)
Please note: centimetres (cm) is currently the only length unit available.
How to measure height
- Stand your pet on a flat surface.
- Measure vertically from the floor to the highest point of their shoulders — the withers.
- Record the measurement in centimetres.
Tip: have a friend help keep your pet still while measuring.
How to measure body length
- Stand your pet on a flat surface.
- Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Tip: make sure your pet is standing naturally and not stretching or crouching.
Both sets of instructions are also available in the app — tap How to measure height? or How to measure body length? on the measurements step.
Why my pet's profile shows "0 cm"
If a pet has never been through the tracker measurement step, the Height and Body Length boxes on the Pet Profile summary card show 0 cm. That's simply because no measurement has been recorded yet — nothing is wrong with the profile. Complete the Add pet measurements step and the real values will appear.
If you don't have a GPS tracker for this pet, there's currently no other way to enter these two values, and they'll keep showing 0 cm.
