Moved house, or want to stop the alerts from one zone for a while? You can rename, resize, move, switch off or delete any virtual fence from the same screen.

Edit a zone
- Open your pet's profile → GPS tracker settings → Virtual fence.
- Tap the zone you want to change.
- Adjust anything you like — the Name (up to 50 characters), the Address, the Icon, the pin position or the radius.
- Tap Save. You'll see "Your safe zone has been updated 📍 Syncing changes to your tracker now."
Please note: in edit mode the Save button stays disabled until you actually change something. If it looks greyed out, nothing has been edited yet.
Switch a zone off instead of deleting it
When you open an existing zone you'll also see an Activate safe zone (or Activate no-go zone) toggle — this only appears when editing, since new zones are created switched on.
Turning a zone off stops its alerts and removes its circle from the map, but keeps the zone in your list so you can switch it back on later. It still counts towards your 5-fence limit.
Delete a zone
- Open the zone from the Virtual fence list.
- Tap the trash icon in the header.
- Confirm on the alert: "Delete fence — Are you sure you want to delete this fence?" → tap Delete.
You'll see "Deleting safe zone…" while it's in progress. A zone that never made it onto the collar is removed immediately; one that's already on the collar keeps a Deleting… badge until the tracker confirms, then the row disappears.
Tip: if your pet is inside the zone when you delete it or switch it off, the current Here now entry is closed straight away, so nothing is left hanging in your pet's location history.
